OFHC Copper Gaskets
Fit Conflat Flanges

OFHC Copper Gaskets for CF Flanges
Each gasket is individually bagged to avoid oxidation

The copper gasket is captured between mating CF flanges. Copper gaskets are made from high-purity, oxygen free 1/4 hard copper which is de-burred, chemically treated and individually packaged to avoid oxidation.

Why Copper Gaskets?
If you are operating at a pressure below 10-8 torr, o-ring sealed compression ports limit the system pressure because of leakage and permeation.
