 MKS Instruments (HPS) Surplus Bypass Vacuum Valves • Two (2) Stage • Bypass Valve Allows for Soft Start
HPS® Two-Stage valves are isolation valves that allow for slow pumping of a vacuum system. The bypass valve creates a small opening for the initial pump down, slowing system evacuation. This reduces contamination induced by particle turbulence and damage due to sudden pressure changes. |
